| My cold sore saga began last Wednesday, when I felt my lower lip tingling. Meanwhile, my best trick for minimizing the redness has been to use a lip brush dipped in the tiniest bit of concealer and gently stipple it onto the sore zone, then follow with a lip-colored lipstick dabbed on top. Obviously this brush will be thoroughly washed before used again post cold sore!
